- You can send us an email at Info@pearlimperial.com with your order number if you’d like to exchange a product. Within seven days of the delivery date, notice must be given to the customer service team. Any Pearl Imperial store will accept returns of goods within seven days of the delivery date.
- Due to photographic lighting sources or because of your screen’s resolution and other settings, product images may differ slightly from the real thing. Consequently, products cannot be.
- Online returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted for items bought on sale.
- The discounted price will be applied to exchanged full-priced items that are currently on sale.
- Except in cases of prepayments where an item is either out of stock, the incorrect product has been delivered, or the product has some sort of manufacturing defect, Pearl Imperial does not offer refunds.
- We do not give cash back.
- Refunds might be provided as a voucher with a one-month expiration date.
- For pre-paid orders, a refund for the flawed item will be processed following the item’s return to Pearl Imperial. Refunds may appear in your account up to 15 working days after we have received the product.
- For orders placed internationally, we do not offer a return or exchange policy.
Exchange Policy for Size:
You are required to return the product to Pearl Imperial within seven days of the delivery date if you are unhappy with the size you ordered online or the product delivered does not match the size ordered. To do this, contact us at Info@pearlimperial.com.
The item needs to be undamaged, in its original packaging, with the price label, hangtag, and care label still attached. It also needs to be new and unworn.
You may be directed for an exchange to any Pearl Imperial location close to you by our customer support staff.
This only applies to orders that are delivered inside of Pakistan. For orders placed internationally, we do not currently offer exchanges. Email us at Info@pearlimperial.com if you are an international customer, and we will help you.
How do I make an exchange application?
- You must return the item to Pearl Imperial by emailing us at Info@pearlimperial.com if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to choose a replacement. Within seven days of the delivery date, you must share the specifics of your order, your request for an exchange, and photographic proof of the defective item.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition, with all of the tags still attached.
- After our customer support team has verified and approved the claim, your request will be processed.
Exchange Timeline
- We aim to process all claims within 7-10 working days from the date we have received the returned item.
- During peak days, please expect up to 15 working days for the claim to be processed.
Order Cancellation
- Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
- Pearl Imperial reserves the right to cancel orders for certain reasons, which may include; the unavailability of products or debit/credit card payment is declined.
